Assessment $145/hour

Our comprehensive speech and language evaluations help us to differentially diagnose and provide individualized treatment plans. After the evaluation, we will provide a written report summarizing our findings and recommendations for parents (at an additional fee), guardians, and professionals involved in our client’s care. Assessments are typically scheduled during a 60-minute session and will often require more than 1 appointment to complete. The total fee for a comprehensive evaluation is dependent on the client’s areas of need.

Individualized Treatment $145/hour

One-to-one individualized treatment sessions with a registered SLP. Integration and formulation of a personalized treatment plan tailored to individual needs. Treatment is typically scheduled during a 45-minute session, with 15 minutes of indirect time.

What you can expect during treatment:

•  an individualized treatment plan centered around the client’s specific needs

• a family centered approach with suggestions for carry over activities for home and community environments

• collaboration/consultation with other professionals treating your child (with your consent)

• a treatment approach that is FUN and based on activities/interests that your child enjoys

Family/Caregiver Training $145/hour

We believe in empowering the most important people in a child's life with the tools to support ongoing development. Family/Caregiver Training is available to anyone wanting to learn how to: 

• help your child communicate and interact during everyday routines and activities

• understand how to engage your child in back and forth communication exchanges (even before he or she is using words to communicate)

• learn effective ways to play with your child and how to increase social opportunities

• reduce frustrations that are occurring in the home due to communication difficulties

Group Therapy $115/hour

Group Therapy sessions can provide a supportive and comforting intervention setting where client’s can see their peers working on similar goals. Individualized treatment plans are still addressed, but in a social context that encourages generalization of skills beyond the therapy environment. Group therapy availability is dependent on our client-base, at any given time, and interest.

FSCD Private Team Coordination

We provide assessment, consultation, and program coordination for families and children that have or are trying to obtain funding through Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD). We work closely with eligible families to determine your priorities for services.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Evaluation Services

With distinct specialization in identifying risk factors, onset symptoms, and early identification of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Airdrie Speech Therapy provides comprehensive Autism Evaluation services using the gold standard ADOS-2 Assessment to help provide an accurate diagnosis of ASD. Research shows that it is critical to recognize and diagnose ASD as early as possible, when intervention will have the greatest impact on a child’s development.
